Juan Jose Cruz
Juan Jose Cruz leads and manages the operations and strategic direction of the Cruz Construction Group, providing a full range of residential and commercial construction and development services. With over 19 years of experience in construction, architecture and development in South Florida he’s overlooked over 65 projects in the Miami-Dade, Broward and Palm Beach counties .
Carolina Campos
Maria Carolina is Chief Operating Officer at Zurk Real Estate, responsible for overseeing the company’s real estate business operations. As a business administrator and entrepreneur, prior to joining Zurk, Maria Carolina spent nearly 20 years managing her own companies. Her passion for the real estate industry started as an investor and after that as a Real Estate agent. Maria holds an MBA in Business Administration from Kean University.
Daniela Cruz
Daniela Cruz is a Marketing Advisor for Cruz Construction Group. With experience in marketing across Google, YouTube and many VC-backed startups, Daniela provides guidance on marketing and PR for construction projects.
Daniel Rosemond
Daniel Rosemond offers 30 years of public administration experience specializing in affordable housing, community and economic development of 70+ affordable housing projects yielding approximately 10,000 units of housing. His knowledge of federal and state grant funding regulations affords him keen insight into the complex structure of affordable housing deals.
Julian Aguilar
Independent Contractor
Over 30 year experience in the different areas of Construction. Specialized in planning, development and execution of residential and commercial construction projects. Julian has high experience in preparation and execution of budgets, programming of construction works, as well as project management, technical supervision and cost control with extensive experience in obtaining construction permits.
Victor Bonilla

People oriented with a service orientation and willing to walk the extra mile, Victor has an extend knowledge in construction with more than 10 years of experience supervising and making possible a variety of projects from remodeling to new construction.
